The BobKat Principal Kathy L. Stenson 877-787-1695 Kathy is a the founder and Principal Manager of BobKat Confidential Medical Recruiters and Operations Director of BobKat’s parent company New Images Business Consultants. She has earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and MBA. Kathy is responsible for end-to-end search execution and client development and operations. Her primary focus is the healthcare industry practice however Kathy does have strong experience leading search assignments in the Educational practice as well. Prior to Kathy founding BobKat & New Images in 1978 Kathy served as a lead recruiter for several Milwaukee based search firms. Kathy was the founder and CEO of two successful start-up Career Consulting groups which was acquired by a private individual in 1989. Kathy builds’ and leds teams of 25+ Consortium business consultants. Kathy is a member of Wisconsin Organization of Nurse Executives, Cleveland Lawyers for Life, Professional Insurance Agents of Wisconsin, Wisconsin Business Development Finance Corporation, Wisconsin Society of Association Executives, Chief Academic Officers Group, and Higher Education Management Group. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Wisconsin Lutheran College and his MBA from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee. As an instructor in the University Business program, Rob Stenson brings over 15 years of leading and developing strategic and tactical plans for international and mid sized organizations. Through his career Rob has managed strategic accounts with multi-state programs, GPO’s, Cooperatives, and Purchasing Consortiums. Rob will be the main point of contact for Higher Education clients. Rob is charged with understanding the client culture, search needs and benchmarks. Rob coordinates the research team and search process. Robert (Bob) T. Bob is responsible for IT & software development as well as overseeing the end-to-end search execution and client development for IT clients and candidates. His primary focus is the State of Wisconsin Business Analyst and the healthcare industry IT best practices. Bob earned a Public Administration Manager Certification and is a Certified Project Manager from University Of Wisconsin Madison, and holds a Clergy License in the State of Wisconsin. Prior to co- founding BobKat & New Images in 1978 Bob worked in the private sector as a recruiter for several Milwaukee based search firms. Bob is the owner of New Images Web & IT Development Company, and serves as Lead Project Manager on HR related IT projects at the State and local level. Noel has earned an Assoc Degree in Office Technology and is pursuing a certification in Project Management from University Of Wisconsin. Noel has earned her role as the Lead Administrator by learning best practices. She has become responsible for administratively executing end-to-end search execution and client customer service. Her primary focus is ensuring the healthcare search process benchmarks, however she does have strong experience coordinating all search assignments and working with all team members. Noel coordinates administratively 25+ Consortium business consultants and the BobKat team. Noel is an active member in 4H and the Home Schooling Assoc. She is an active member of Global Missions Inc as well as a charitable donor to the Mission. The Assistant Researcher/Administrator Terri started working with BobKat Confidential Medical Recruiters in 2010 as the need became apparent for additional resources and backup for Noel. Terri has earned an Assoc Degree in Office Technology and Bachelor of Science - Business Management Cardinal Stritch University, Milwaukee, WI and insurance licensed in the State Of Wisconsin. Terry is Noel’s backup as she learns BobKat’s best practices. She will be responsible for administratively executing end-to-end search execution and client customer service. Her focus is ensuring the Healthcare Practice as well as the Higher Education Practice meets and exceeds expectations. The On Call Researcher, Recruiter, Generalist Ray started working with BobKat Confidential Medical Recruiters and BobKat’s parent company New Images Business Consultants in 2008. Ray is responsible for low-mid level searches executing end-to-end search and client customer service. His primary focus is an HR Generalist. The Researcher Karen Bently Karen started working with BobKat Confidential Medical Recruiters and BobKat’s parent company New Images Business Consultants in 2007. Prior to joining the BobKat research team Karen worked in private practice healthcare. Karen has earned an Assoc Degree as a Medical Assistant & Technology. She is responsible for research ensuring the benchmarks of the search process are executed and on time. Her primary focus is the healthcare industry. Melissa is on honor role at her high school in Dodgeville WI school system. Melissa started Interning with BobKat Confidential Medical Recruiters and BobKat’s parent company New Images Business Consultants in 2009. She is responsible for learning how to research ensuring the benchmarks of the search process are executed and on time. Her primary focus is the Higher Education practice area where she serves as an assistant to Rob and Noel. Jeff started working with BobKat Confidential Medical Recruiters and BobKat’s parent company New Images Business Consultants in 2008. Jeff brings to his consulting role with BobKat degrees from Harvard University, Boston College, and University of Wisconsin. He is a former Director of the University of Wisconsin-Madison Physician Assistant Program and Associate Professor at the University of Texas - Southwestern PA Program. Jeff’s primary focus is the PA practice and serves as an advisor to clients, candidates and the BobKat team. The Virtual Work Site Wellness Coordinator Charity owns Action Fitness Personal Training and is ISSA certified. She started working with New Images Business Consultants the parent company to BobKat Confidential Recruiters team members and clients in 2006. Charity provides in home and work site personalized training either on site or through virtual training on her web site with emphasis on healthy lifestyle, nutrition and fitness. Charity is a marathon runner and assists any one that needs a program developed to obtain those goals. |
