Our family history has forged us into who we are. Generations of church leaders, teachers, and entrepreneurs have created a team of highly determined people who will diligently fight for you. 

KAT is a visionary. Having founded the organization in 1978, her roots and loyalty run deep in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Portage & Wisconsin Dells areas. KAT is of the Byron Kilbourn lineage, one of the founders and leaders of Milwaukee and surrounding areas. In a day where finding the right job candidate is difficult, KAT has developed a client and candidate focused approach. KAT initiated the “Promise Made, Promise Kept” written service contract guarantee. 

Bob is a co-founder and IT Business Analyst /Project Management Consultant for BOBKAT and is the lead project manager for IT software design and development. His expertise is in governmental and higher education projects.  Bob has successfully led IT projects for the Wisconsin Department of Administration and the University of Wisconsin system. Bob earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration, Public Administration Manager Certification, and is a Certified Project Manager (CPM) from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Rob is dedicated to building workforce programs that increase indomitable workforce behaviors. Rob started working with BOBKAT in 1983 as the company’s Data Entry / Research Coordinator. Since that time he has created and tested programs that increased employee self-determination, effectiveness and vision congruence. Rob’s educational background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University. 

Merry has over ten years of secondary and post-secondary education experience. Merry is dedicated to improving workforce and education outcomes. Her research and practical experience in student services, admissions, financial aid, and compliance has made her an advocate when solving academic policy and accreditation compliance concerns. Merry has a Master of Education from Cardinal Stritch University and is a doctoral candidate at Grand Canyon University.
